Netflix has made official the release of a fourth season of Emily in Paris. Emily Cooper is ready to return to the scene: everything you need to know
On January 10, 2022, Netflix announced the renewal of Emily in Paris for a fourth season. Obviously nothing is known about this fourth chapter yet. Indeed at the moment we are still far enough away to be able to have some certainty regarding any advances on the plot. At the beginning of the series we see the protagonist, a young American from Chicago, Emily Cooper, who moves to Paris for work. Her move was prompted by having to bring an American point of view to a French marketing company. She immediately finds it difficult to integrate, especially with her colleagues, but manages to demonstrate their value in the workplace, she therefore manages to affirm that she is worthy of Paris and to stay there, so much so that she manages to obtain a new job offer. Emily’s private life is also put a lot at stake in Paris, but in the end it seems that only her neighbor Gabriel manages to win her heart. However, Gabriel is not in an easy position.

The interpreter of Emily herself, Lily Collins during Tudum 2023, announced that in the fourth season of Emily in Paris, it is possible that we can cross the French borders and also arrive in other European destinations, perhaps even in Italy. Obviously, at the moment it is not possible to know the release date of the fourth season of Emily in Paris. All we know is that filming should have started in Paris between the end of last summer and the beginning of autumn, however given the actors’ and screenwriters’ strike which paralyzed most of the productions, everything was postponed. As we know, towards the end of September, the WGA reached an agreement with AMPTP and the strike ended. The same happened for the actors in the first days of November. So it seems that the set of the fourth season of Emily in Paris will open in January 2024, in fact, production began in the aforementioned month, it was Netflix’s social profiles that revealed it. Therefore there is hope of being able to see the series by the end of the yearwe just have to see how things will evolve.
