F1 and Women’s Day, an Alpine member criticizes Horner

There continues to be some very heated comments about the Christian Horner case. A female employee of the Alpine team has harshly criticized the Red Bull F1 team principal on the occasion of Women’s Day. Something truly unacceptable

An employee of the Alpine team, Amanda Philips, commented on the case of Christian Horner. This scandal has been going on for several weeks and there have been continuous updates. The latest update we have is regarding the dismissal of the girl from the Red Bull team, who had launched the sexual harassment complaint. Regarding this incident, Amanda Philips vented on social media about Horner’s case, hoping with all her heart that Red Bull does not publish any posts regarding Women’s Day. According to Alpine’s operations coordinator, Red Bull’s move to fire the girl and allow Christian Horner to continue leading the team as if nothing had happened.

A merciless F1 team for Women’s Day

After publishing her post, Amanda Phillips was also joined by other women like Claire Cottingham, the BBC reporter. The behavior that Red Bull has had towards this issue has been incorrect to say the least, proving to be a misogynistic team. There was no mercy for the girl who was harassed by the team principal, and in order to maintain her stability she continued to keep Christian Horner with her. This gesture therefore made people think that Red Bull is chauvinist and retrograde, who doesn’t believe in gender equality and that if women speak, they are suspended. It would then very hypocritical for their part to publish posts regarding Women’s Day. Not to mention that after all this, Horner was never suspended. After 2 months of trial, 60 hours of interrogations and 150 pages introduced, in the end he remained unharmed.

What do you think about the issue? It doesn’t seem like one of the best for the team. Continue to follow us on techgameworld.com for other news from the world of motors and much more.
