The former Team Principal of the Haas F1 team Gunther Steiner is back in the news, two months after leaving the American team. At the beginning of 2024 the South Tyrolean manager Gunther Steiner has been relieved of his duties as Team Principal of the Haas F1 team. Gunther is the most suitable person to fill this role, his face is now familiar among F1 fans. He knows well what role F1 can have in America and like few others he embodies the soul of this sport. A person with his experience and reputation will surely help raise the enthusiasm for the race weekend even further.
The former Haas Team Principal commented on the announcement as follows:
I am very excited to have been appointed ambassador for the Miami GP. F1 in the USA is growing significantly and still has great room for growth, especially for vibrant races like the one in Miami. The event combines American spectacle and F1 racing with a pulsating atmosphere on the circuit and in the city. I can't wait to start working with the team from May on this fantastic event.
