The director and producer of Final Fantasy 14, Naoki Yoshidaconfirmed that the development team has no intention of adding NFT to the MMO. The director has rather talked about the roadmap relating to the next updates of the game, explaining that Final Fantasy 14 will receive a great graphics upgrade and the return of the free trial period.

A decision that goes against the trend both towards the market and towards it Square Enix, that of Yoshida.
