Square-Enix reassures revolting fans after playing the demo: on day one, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s graphics will be better
Our title seems pleonastic enough to be included among the Lercio-style parodistic articles of Hard Drive, yet the graphics Of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (since apparently it needs to be specified) will be better in the final game than what was seen in the demo. Well yes: the disclaimer that we saw in the 90s before each test version on the Eurodemo discs released by Sony still remains valid today. Following the relevant State of Play, Square-Enix he gave us a “taste” of which we wrote our first impressions. Now, following the complaints of some, the Japanese account of the game has published a post in which it is clarified that yes, the aesthetic “problems” of the title are only temporary.

“The graphics you see in the demo are not indicative of the definitive quality of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth”
In addition to adding playable areas (in this sense see the State of Play recap), theupdate the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo will also touch up the game’s graphics in the Performance mode. The tweet also alludes to the same improvements made to the title on day one. About the full game, we strongly advise caution online: the trophy list at the center of the latest leak is so full of spoiler as much as the final trailer for the game. As for the sterile criticism received by the game, the discussion of the aesthetic factor also extended to the so-called “yellow paint” with which the remake is supposed to hold the player’s hand a bit during exploration. (The phenomenon has actually always existed.) Less than two weeks to go: the release is set for February 29.
