On the stage of the Playstation State of Play, which took place last night, SQUARE ENIX unveiled the new trailer for FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTHnew remake of the acclaimed FF VII.

The action-packed trailer – found below – introduced us to new versions of the iconic characters Cloud, Aerith, Barret and Tifa. An unlikely group of heroes join forces with new playable companions, including Yuffie and Red XIII and a wisecracking robot named Cait Sith.
FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH will arrive on February 29, 2024 on PlayStation 5 console.
The game will be available in the following versions:
- Physics: with two game discs, a reversible cover, pre-order bonus and Bracelet of Midgar MK-II protection.
- Standard Edition
- Deluxe Edition – includes mini-soundtrack on CD, artbook and steelbook case
- Collector’s Edition: Includes a large, highly detailed Sephiroth collectible figure, Deluxe Edition content, as well as digital DLC items, including Summoning Materia that allow players to summon the Moogle Trio and the Magic Jar, along with equipment such as the accessory Restorative Necklace and Orchid Protection Bracelet. The Collector’s Edition will be available for pre-order in limited quantities at the Square Enix Store.
- Digital: Includes the Summoning Materia: Moogle Trio DLC
- Standard Edition
- Digital Deluxe Edition: Includes digital mini-soundtrack, digital artbook, and digital DLC items, including the Summoning Materia: Magic Jar, Restoration Necklace accessory, and Orchid Bracelet ward
- Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade: can be purchased to upgrade the previous Standard Edition, thus obtaining the contents of the Digital Deluxe Edition
