Fujifilm presents ApeosPro, the toner printer series fully optimized for photo printing

The ApeosPro series of high-performance toner printers, which has already been successful in the graphics market, is now fully optimized for digital photo printing and offers an accessible entry point for photo printing companies looking to add digital versatility to their businesses and bring added value to their customers.

ApeosPro for Photo was designed to produce high-quality photographic prints, on a wide range of media and for a wide range of creative applications. Designed for photo labs and other photo printing specialists, the ApeosPro for Photo printer offers businesses the ability to add value to their customers through the production of uniquely high-quality, personalized printed products. By integrating the world’s first high-resolution (2,400 x 2,400 dpi) LED print head and proprietary Super EA Eco toner, Fujifilm has combined its heritage in photographic imaging with decades of experience in the development of toner printing technologies, to produce this highly versatile photo printing solution.

Thanks to ultra-fine toner and firmware optimized for photo production, ApeosPro for Photo achieves optimal print quality for photography applications through special image enhancement processing that smoothly reproduces the most difficult colors, such as blue skies and skin tones, also obtaining bright colors and uniform gradations. The high image quality of ApeosPro for Photo is comparable to that of high-end production printers and the fine detail achieved makes it the ideal printer even for reproducing thin lines and tiny text.
Offering a wide range of media (from light paper, to cardboard, to embossed), the printer allows the production of multiple applications, from photo albums and photographic prints, to calendars, catalogs and flyers. Plus, it can handle a wide range of paper sizes, from 100mm x 148mm to media lengths up to 330mm x 1300mm.
Accurate paper feeding is ensured by automatic adjustment of the applied force based on the thickness of the paper. This ensures stable feeding, even with cardboard, and the constant achievement of high registration precision. Quick calibration via a built-in scanner helps not only maintain print quality but also improve operating speed of output. Meanwhile, intelligent registration control enables the precise double-sided registration required even when feeding paper at high speed.
The ApeosPro for Photo range includes three models:
ApeosPro C650 for low production needs, prints up to 65 sheets per minute;
ApeosPro C750 which prints up to 75 sheets per minute;
High performance ApeosPro C810 capable of printing 81 sheets per minute.
