We already know that the Galaxy S22 Ultra it has been the subject of countless leaks, but we still know almost nothing about its lower range cousins. In this regard, it seems that in the past few hours the specifications of the cameras have emerged Galaxy S22 e S22+. Without further ado, let’s take a look at what we know for now about the photographic sector of the two devices.
Galaxy S22 and S22 +: here are the details on the cameras
According to when reported by the insider Ice Universe, both the Galaxy S22 and the Plus variant will feature one triple camera configuration and will use main cameras from 50 megapixel. There will also be a 12 megapixel ultrawide camera (1 / 2.55 inch sensor, 1.4 µm pixel and f / 2.2 aperture) and a 10 megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (1/3 sensor, 24 inches, 1.22 µm pixels and f / 2.4 aperture).
In the front we will find a 10 megapixel camera for both Galaxy S22 variants with a 1 / 3.24-inch sensor, 1.22 µm pixels and an f / 2.2 aperture. The primary sensor used on both phones is larger than their predecessors, and both phones appear to have an adequate telephoto lens rather than a 64-megapixel cropped camera which affects overall image quality.
These features mean that the entry-level Galaxy S22 devices have better primary and zoom cameras than previous generation phones. Furthermore, thanks to the 50 megapixel sensor, both phones could also support the 8K video recording from the main camera. Finally, the base variant Galaxy S22 will be equipped with a 6.06-inch display and the Plus variant with a 6.55-inch display.
In short, if these leaks turned out to be true we would find ourselves in front of two truly cutting-edge devices. We just have to wait for official information on the matter.
