It’s been 7 months since the Google I/O event, in which the company announced the release on the market in 2023 of the new Pixel Tablet. However, the device, although it has not yet been officially released, is already available on the Facebook Marketplace, which allows the sale and purchase between individuals. What amazes is the price: 400$ for the tablet and speaker dock. Definitely little.
According to Wccftech it would actually be a pre-release version, a prototype offered for sale by an anonymous seller. From the photos posted it is clear that the product is absolutely original and fully compliant with the design of the Google Pixel Tablet that was shown to us in the official renders.
Google Pixel Tablet already on sale? It will be released in 2023
This particular model gives us some important information and specifications of the Pixel Tablet. The product in question is equipped with 256 GB of storage space (of which 24 appear already used). Unfortunately we don’t know which storage technology Google used (if UFS 3.0, UFS 3.1 or UFS 4.0), so from this point of view this leak doesn’t help us.
From the earlier leaked news we know that the Pixel Tablet will have a 11 inch display and will be available in two archival versions. Like Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, the storage probably won’t be expandable and will support Wi-Fi 6 (rather than the newer Wi-Fi 6E standard).
The Pixel Tablet is expected to be released in early 2023.
