Call Of Duty: Warzone introduces an underground movement system to the Caldera (and beyond)
With a post on its official blog, Call of Duty announces all the news of the new patch. These include updates for both Warzone and Vanguard, and cover numerous aspects of the game. In particular, here are the major news:
- New underground transport system in the Caldera: it will be possible to use the mining carts to move from one part of the island to the other. Players will be able to access the underground through seven different entrances.
- Serpentine: The specialty originally introduced on Vanguard now also arrives on Warzone.
- Gulag entrance token: Collecting tokens in the gulag will give you access to new and exclusive rewards.
- Extraction token: allows you to immediately redeploy, without having to go through the gulag.
- Speed increase: it will be possible to obtain this ability from the supply crates scattered around the map.
- Radar jammer: a field upgrade that will allow, as the name suggests, to interfere with enemy radars. It can be found in the Supply Crates, and not available in Swag Mode.
- New high-value looting zones
- Caldera Champion: a new limited-time mode.
- Occupation scan on Rebirth Island: a new event that introduces the scan of the Operators. Players will have to lie down at the signal, otherwise their location will be revealed on the radar.
- Vanguard: Sphere: a new map introduced in Vanguard.
To these are obviously added skins and various cosmetic items. For the complete and detailed report, we invite you to consult the official blog.
