The free access period to Battlefield 2042 is getting closer and closer, available to everyone from December on Xbox, PlayStation and PC. Players will thus be able to try the game for a limited period, experiencing all the offers made available by the developers.
In fact, it was announced that in December, along with free access, new content will also arrive such as reworked maps, a greater number of Vault weapons and the return to class identities for Specialists. Specifically, the developers have announced:
- New Specialist
- New Map in a place near those of DICE
- Completely renewed Battle Pass
- Additional content of the Portal
- Collection of new cosmetics
- New hardware technologies, events and experiences, and more
When and how to access Battlefield 2042 Free Access
Free access will start on December 1st for Xbox and PC players and December 16th for PlayStation users. In particular (all times refer to Italy):
- Xbox: Download and play for free from December 1st at 21:01 to December 4th at 20:59.
- PC (Via Steam): Download and play for free from December 1st at 19:00 to December 5th at 19:00
- PlayStation: Download and play for free from December 16th 5pm to December 23rd 5pm
