In the past few hours, the IESF (International eSports Federation) announced the games that will be present at the 2022 eSports world championship
The eSports industry is growing in the round, both in our homeland and internationally. And it is just the last few hours the news, given by the International eSports Federation, for IESF friends, of the announcement of the games that will be present at the maximum international competition dedicated to the sector. The World Esports Championship will be held, in its 2022 edition, in Bali, Indonesia, from November 27th to December 9th. The competition, now in its fourteenth edition, will have a total prize pool of $ 500,000, a truly incredible increase compared to the final prize of the 2021 edition, set at $ 55,000.
The IESF has revealed that the games that will be featured at the tournament will be Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Tekken 7 ed eFootball. In addition, this new edition will also include some games for mobile devices, such as PUBG Mobile e Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, to underline even more how much the mobile gaming industry has grown in recent years. The inclusion of these six spectacular titles in the 2022 World Championship spurs our mission to unite, support and promote the World eSports Family. We are very grateful for the continued collaboration with publishers, for the inclusion of two new titles for mobile devices and for the possibility of hosting the first women’s Counter Strike: Global Offensive tournament. Together, we are working to make the esports community more accessible and inclusive.
