Anxiety will certainly make a strong contribution to the plot of Inside Out 2, as demonstrated in the first Italian trailer for the Pixar sequel, which will arrive in cinemas in 2024
Anxiety, as we know, can play tricks on us and overwhelm other emotions too. And that’s exactly what happens in the first Italian teaser trailer for Inside Out 2. The highly anticipated sequel to the Oscar-winning Disney Pixar film, will show Riley in her teenage years. And, in a delicate period of life in which everything changes, even Riley’s basic emotions will receive a strong jolt, with new emotions on the way.
Inside Out 2, the first trailer in Italian introduces Ansia and promises new strong emotions
The first trailer shows Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust struggling with a demolition that occurs in the middle of the night, without any warning, to upset their balance. The following day everything seems to be back in order, except for one detail: Anxiety has been added to the picture. Riley just celebrated her 13th birthday and is preparing to become a teenager. That’s why there is a need to redesign the entire control room. And this is also why Anxiety speaks in the plural, because it is not the only emotion coming. After all, Disney Pixar had already anticipated that the sequel would bring up many new emotions such as envy, boredom and embarrassment.
Directed by Kelsey Mann, the original cast also makes room for a new voice, that of Maya Hawke who will accompany Ansia on this new journey. And while Amy Poehler e Phyllis Smith will resume the roles of Joy and Sadness, the cast in the original language welcomes three new names who will accompany Anger, Fear and Disgust: Lewis Black, Tony Hale and Liza Lapira. The sequel to the animated film is expected in theaters in summer 2024 thanks to the production and distribution of Disney Pixar.
