New task for Barbara G. Novick, who Intel appoints Board of Directors, or president of the internal board of directors
Intel today announced that Barbara G. Novickco-founder and senior consultant of BlackRock Inc. she was elected director of the board, effective December 1, 2022. Novick will be an independent director and serve on committees Audit & Finance e Compensation of the board of directors.

To look back on his career, since 2021 Novick has been on the board of directors of New York Life Insurance Co. She also serves on the boards of directors of the Peterson Institute for International Economics, 100 Women in Finance, the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, as well as the advisory boards of Growth Curve Capital and the Center for Financial Stability. She previously served on the boards of Cornell University from 2012 to 2020 and the Investment Company Institute from 2015 to 2021.
Novick graduated from Cornell University with an honors degree in economics. She is the author of numerous articles on wealth management and public policy issues and has received numerous awards and honors throughout her career, including: “Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in US Finance in 2020.”
