Jaguar: a future of electric cars only, starting in 2025
The future of Jaguar will be zero emissions with a range of electric cars only ready for 2025. The brand, therefore, toanticipates the choice of the EU by 10 years which from 2035 will ban the sale of petrol and diesel cars. This is an ambitious and important change of strategy that aims to make the brand a reference in the premium zero-emissions market over the next few years.
For the transition to electric cars, Jaguar aims to create a product portfolio featuring innovative design and a comprehensive ecosystem, largely supported by the latest technologies. Note, for example, that from 2025, all Jaguar Land Rover vehicles will use the NVIDIA DRIVE software-defined platform.
