The Continental expands the John Wick universe, a new spin-off series is in the works according to the director’s words

I would love to be able to direct at least two episodes just because I think it would be a lot of fun to try things that we didn’t get to try in the movies. Truly, there are great ideas. Working with a different cast and a different narrative structure without John Wick would be a lot of fun.
This, however, does not mean that Stahelski wanted to stop working with Keanu Reeveseven if fans find the ending of John Wick 4 a worthy conclusion for the saga. In recent months, in fact, the director has never denied the chances of being able to make a fifth film, if they find a coherent idea that continues the story. As the director said, there are many ideas to implement and they love working in this narrative universe, which is why there is no need to worry about the realization of a possible fifth chapter, which will coherently continue the protagonist’s story.
