JVC will pay tribute to 25 years of D-ILA technology with a new limited edition projector and release a free Firmware update for new and powerful features
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of technology D-ILA, JVCKENWOOD Corporation, launches the brand new video projector FOR-25LTD limited edition. This projector, available in mid-December, is capable of achieving a native contrast of 150.000:1 thanks to a latest generation D-ILA chip and other carefully selected optical devices.
Its innovative design has been specially designed to celebrate this important anniversary: the DLA-25LTD, in fact, will have a silver central plate with logo and serial number. Also, the 25th anniversary commemorative logo will be displayed when the projector is turned on.
To best honor this important anniversary, JVC will announce the CEDIA 2022 a free firmware update, planned for half of Novemberwith new features, improved performance and greater ease of use for all current generation D-ILA projectors: DLA-NZ9, DLA-NZ8, DLA-NZ7, DLA-NP5, DLA-RS4100, DLA-RS3100, DLA-RS2100 e DLA-RS1100.
Specifically, the new firmware will offer improved image performance Frame Adapt HDRnew ways Frame Adapt additional, so as to adapt in the best way to any environment and light conditions. A new mode for dynamic dimming with the laser light source and the “MOVIE MAKER FASHION”To faithfully reproduce the director’s intentions. D-ILA
