In a press release, the LEGO group has unveiled the new collection of Star Wars themed diorama sets, to unleash the light side of the force
In the past few hours, the LEGO group has revealed a new collection of Star Wars themed sets, to be able to once again transport fans inside their favorite scenes from the original trilogy in brick format. Three new diorama sets that reproduce iconic scenes from the film A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, an original idea to be built and exhibited with pride and able to give to fans of the saga and the brick a new way to live their passions. The sets are three in total, and they are all already available for pre-order. From 26 April you will find them available for purchase in all physical and digital stores that sell Lego products, with a price ranging from € 59.99 to € 89.99. In the next paragraphs we will see them better in detail.
The set Flight over the Trench of the Death Star invites the builders to recreate Darth Vader’s thrilling pursuit of Luke Skywalker who, along with the rebel alliance, fights to destroy the Death Star. As construction is completed, it is imperative to rethink Darth Vader’s memorable words “The force flows mighty in him”.

The journey continues with the set Death Star Trash Compactor, which plays the dramatic scene from A New Hope where Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Chewbacca and Princess Leia Organa are temporarily trapped, soon after releasing the latter from the AA-23 detention block. Packed with authentic details, including wall furniture, a Dianoga and famous characters such as C-3PO, R2-D2, Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca and Princess Leia. And to complete this legendary moment, Han Solo’s witty remark: “One thing is certain, we will all be much skinnier.”
Finally, to “feel the strength”, just find your balance with the set Jedi training on Dagobah. The evocative model allows the Jedi in training to relive the moments in the hut of Master Yoda in the swamps of Dagobah, recreating the details of this iconic scene from Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back “. Inside also the minifigures representing the characters of Yoda, Luke Skywalker and R2-D2.
