LG Electronics (LG) will make life in the kitchen even easier with the introduction of the new oven LG InstaView® Double Oven Range and the new microwave oven LG Over-the-Range. Equipped with LG’s unique cooking technologies, these appliances are the first to offer seamless integration with the new LG ThinQ ™ Recipe service.
Both products will debut next week at CES 2022.
The Double Oven Range oven, which integrates the hob, is equipped with LG InstaView technology that allows you to illuminate the inside of the oven and see its contents by simply double touching the glass, thus avoiding unnecessary heat loss due to the opening of the door. .
The new LG oven also uses ProBake® Convection technology for fast and uniform cooking even without preheating, to prepare delicious and perfectly cooked dishes. With its precise temperature and airflow control, ProBake guarantees short cooking times and is also the technology behind the Air Fry and Air Sous Vide modes: Air Fry delivers crispy and tasty frying using much less oil than deep frying traditional, while Air Sous Vide keeps the temperature constant to manage even the most elaborate preparations. Finally, the UltraHeat ™ Power Burner technology allows you to reduce the long preparation times typical of cooking in the oven to enjoy delicious dishes in less time.
LAnother extraordinary novelty of this CES is the LG Over-the-Range microwave oven, which is positioned above the hob in place of the extractor hood and, thanks to its ExtendaVent ™ sliding suction and ventilation system, minimizes the presence of smoke and persistent odors in the kitchen.
LG Over-the-Range uses proprietary Steam Cook technology for healthy and tasty food and features the innovative inner lining EasyClean makes cleaning a breeze as it prevents food and grease from sticking to the walls ensuring they can be cleaned by simply using a damp cloth. The minimalist design is enhanced by the stainless steel and tempered glass of the LG WideView ™ Window door.
The most interesting novelty coming in 2022 is the LG ThinQ Recipe service which aggregates all the services and contents of LG’s smart kitchen and its partners in one place: accessible through the free LG ThinQ app, the LG ThinQ Recipe service allows you to search, plan, purchase and cook following hundreds of recipes, including some mouth-watering proposals offered by SideChef, Innit and LG Originals Series, the latter created by LG chefs using only LG kitchen appliances.
Building on the SideChef platform, ThinQ Recipe delivers beyond 10,000 one-click purchasable recipes for a fantastic home cooking experience, giving you the ability to transform any recipe or entire weekly meal plan in a shopping order that can be ordered directly from the app via Walmart or Amazon Fresh.
In collaboration with the start-up AI Foodspace Technology of Boston, ThinQ Recipe also integrates the Scan to Cook time-saving function, which allows you to scan the cooking instructions of some frozen dishes and send them directly to the oven.
Finally, the new LG ovens for 2022 are equipped with the LG Proactive Customer Care service, LG’s Artificial Intelligence customer support solution, accessible from the ThinQ app. Using artificial intelligence and deep learning technology that analyzes product performance data, Proactive Customer Care can send alerts on any critical issues related to the proper functioning of the product and offer useful maintenance recommendations.
LG’s range of ovens for 2022 with ThinQ Recipe will be on display in LG’s virtual booth at CES 2022 starting January 5, 2022.
