SEGA has released a new trailer for Lost Judgment, titled The Detective’s Toolkit. In the video it is possible to have a preview look at the gadgets and techniques of the private investigator Yagami, which will be used in game to solve his most difficult case.

The new trailer released by SEGA takes the form of a long gameplay footage, which takes us to discover some of its main mechanics. During the first few minutes we see some combat sequences that had already been seen before, along with an interesting focus on platform component of the chases of the suspects.
Always to keep an eye on our targets we will be able to tail them and disguise ourselves, so that we can move undisturbed in the crowd. As per tradition for the genre we can also simply look around for clues, a game mechanic that will probably be the foundation of all our investigative actions. In this sense, the possibility of taking pictures with a mobile phone is very useful.
In terms of gadgets, we will have on our side a sound and signal detector, useful for intercepting distant conversations and tracing any suspicious signals to their source. As if that were not enough, we can even ask for the help of a cane detective, able to locate evidence thanks to his nose and fight side by side with us.
The trailer then continues showing the stealth component of the title and the combat system, which will be based on three different fighting styles: that of Tiger, focused on the force of the blows, that of the Tower crane, based on combos, and those of the Snake, a new addition that makes counterattacks its specialty.
We remind you that Lost Judgment pre-orders are available for PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4 and Xbox One. The Digital Deluxe and Ultimate Editions unlock early access before launch starting September 21, 2021, while the game will launch worldwide on September 24, 2021.
