Announced a few days ago with a PlayStation Store leak, Sega has officially announced Lost Judgment complete with trailer and release date
Judgment is a spin-off title of the Yakuza series released on PlayStation 4 in 2019 in Europe. A title that, after the conclusion of the events involving Kazuma Kiryu, had managed to win the hearts of all fans of the Sega series, also receiving excellent evaluations from specialized critics. Recently also arrived on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Google Stadia, the Judgment-themed announcements have certainly not subsided, on the contrary. After the appearance of a strange countdown on the official Sega channels, in recent days a leak (an error seems) of the PlayStation Store had confirmed the existence of a sequel. And so it really is.
Lost Judgment was officially unveiled on its “Day of Judgment”, just after the countdown expires. The title is expected to be released worldwide on September 24th, and will represent the company’s first global launch. The protagonist will always be Takayuki Yakami (voiced by Takuya Kimura) who this time will find himself having to solve a mystery deriving from a guilty verdict given by the court. It seems that Yagami will end up undercover in a high school, that there will be many new rhythm mini-games and activities and that, in addition to being able to explore Kamurocho, you can also go to Yokohama. Sega with the occasion also released a trailer, which we leave you below.
Lost Judgment: release date, platforms and some interesting information!
The fighting styles of Judgment are back, that of the Crane and the Tiger, alongside a new one, that of the Snake. The latter will pay much more attention to counterattacks. Investigations are also returning with new disguises and new cutscenes that show Yagami’s physical alertness and stealth capabilities. Lost Judgment will be available on PS5, PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. Stay tuned for all updates.
We therefore repeat that the release date scheduled for Lost Judgment is next September 23, unless postponed. What do you think of the trailer shown by Sega?
