In a press release, Square Enix has announced the release date of the free DLC of Marvel’s Avengers Black Panther – War for Wakanda, with an event that will precede it for more details
Announced during Square Enix Presents in March, we knew, since last E3 2021, that Black Panther, the next free DLC of Marvel’s Avengers, would arrive in the month of August. Square Enix, however, had not specified a real release date, leaving all fans in doubt. This is until, through a press release, the company has dispelled all doubts and announced that we will be able to see the expansion Black Panther – War of Wakanda starting next August 17th, as a free update for all owners of the base game. In addition to adding Black Panther, the third new playable superhero, the War expansion for Wakanda will also introduce two new villains, a new setting, new enemies, Birnin Zana Outpost, new Landing Zone and Dangerous Sector missions in single or multiplayer, and more. In short, the expansion will introduce the greatest number of new Marvel’s Avengers content since the game’s release.
The release of the DLC will be preceded, Monday, August 16, by a direct WAR TABLE call dedicated to the expansion. During the stream, which you can follow on the Crystal Dynamics Twitch channel, the developers will offer a complete overview, as well as new details and must-have goodies for all true fans of the game. And the news does not end there!
