505 Games and MercurySteam, the studio behind the development of Metroid Dread, spoke today about their new game in production

The parent company of 505 Games, Digital Bros., announced in a statement that the new game from the developers of Metroid Dread, currently known under the code name “Project Iron“, Will be a third person RPG action title set in a“ dark fantasy ”world. The same will be co-published by 505 Games and MercurySteam and will be a cross-platform game, with the two companies also confirmed as co-owners of the IP.
Meanwhile, Digital Bros. also confirmed that the initial investment in the development of the game amounts to 27 million euros.
