Lack of confidentiality in dispute between FTC and Microsoft continues to cause leaks: new games appear, including an Oblivion remaster

The documents, apparently erroneously published as part of the legal dispute between the Redmond giant and the Federal Trade Commission over the merger of Activision Blizzard, include a roadmap for the jade giant’s then unreleased games. Naturally, in hindsight, some dates such as that of Starfield’s publication are incorrect, but (with the undoubted complicity of the pandemic) we can draw quite a few intriguing and (it must be said) conjectural conclusions.
Leak burst: Oblivion remaster and not only in the Microsoft cauldron
L’fiscal year 2022 by Microsoft should have included the remaster of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and the Indiana Jones game by MachineGames, which has yet to be released. As regards thecurrent yearwe have Doom: Year Zero and the accompanying DLC on the list, as well as the mysterious ones Project Kestrel e Project Platinum. Fiscal year 2024 (which, incidentally, in the case of Zenimax Media coincides exceptionally with the actual one, ending on December 31) includes The Elder Scrolls 6, an expansion for Project Kestrel, a licensed game, a remaster of Fallout 3 , a sequel to Ghostwire: Tokyo, Dishonored 3, and finally, the Doom: Year Zero DLC. The expected revenue are also specified, with 900 million estimated for Starfield and one billion for The Elder Scrolls 6. Which will not arrive before 2026, in addition to not coming out on PlayStation 5.
