Exclusively on Disney Plus on March 30th, “Moon Knight” is coming, the new miniseries created by the Marvel giants in collaboration with Disney!
There will be six episodes in all and, as usual, they will arrive on a weekly basis. “Moon Knight“, Protagonist of the Marvel miniseries coming to Disney + starting from Wednesday 30th March, was born in the world of comic books back in 1975, created by Doug Moench (texts) e Don Perlin (drawings) published by Marvel Comics. It first appears (in a two-part story) on the pages of Werewolf by Night (first series) n. 32. In Italian it was initially presented with the name Lunar.
Marc Spector and his three names
In order not to reveal his true identity, the protagonist Marc Spector created three fake names: Jake Lockley, Steven Grant, Yitzak Topol. He will have to use them in order not to be discovered … But who is Marc Spector, really? Marc is a former mercenary marine with a dissociative identity disorder. Following a traumatic encounter with the Egyptian god Khonshu, he decides to fight crime to redeem his violent past. This will be possible by creating a figure similar to a masked vigilante, without particular superpowers, but very strong in hand-to-hand combat and with firearms. The series seems to focus a lot on mental health problems of the characteras her life is haunted by her past traumas and the constant frenzy of identity change.
The protagonist is the actor oscar isaac who reveals that he paid close attention especially to the aspect of multiple personalities, and that he treated Marc Spector’s mental health with respect. Together with him, in the cast we find Ethan Hawkewho will play the antagonist Arthur Harrow. May Calamawy e Gaspard Ullieltalent unfortunately recently passed away. Lucy Thackeray e the voice of F. Murray Abraham for Khonshu, the ancient Egyptian god of the moon through whom Mark Spector becomes Moon Knight. The miniseries is set in Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)in continuity with the films of the franchise and the creator is Jeremy Slater. The IGN website placed the character at 89th position in the ranking of the hundred greatest heroes in comic history.
All that remains is to watch the trailer below and wait a few more days for the first episode of Moon Knight!
