Among the upcoming novelties of the smartphone market there is also the new Motorola Edge 2022. The smartphone has yet to officially debut but the first “official” renderings of the device that has long been at the center of rumors and indiscretions related to technical specifications. The new smartphone from Motorola is not surprising in terms of design. The smartphone will resume the design of the Edge range with a display with a hole for the front camera and a module for the rear cameras located in the left corner of the back cover.
As for the technical specifications, however, the new Motorola Edge 2022 will be able to count on a 6.5-inch display with pOLED panel, Full HD + resolution and 144 Hz refresh rate. To manage the operation of the smartphone we will find the new MediaTek SoC, MT6879, which will debut with the Motorola smartphone and will be supported by 6/8 GB of RAM.
The data sheet of Motorola’s new smartphone will also include a 5,000 mAh battery and a triple camera with a 50 Megapixel main sensor with OIS. The debut of Motorola’s new smartphone is expected in the fourth quarter of 2022. Further confirmations on the device are expected to emerge over the next few days.
