In the past few hours, Square Enix has announced the official release date of NEO: The World Ends With You on PC, and it’s closer than you might think
We have extensively told you about NEO: The World Ends With You. First, in a preview based on the Demo that Square Enix released shortly before the launch, which had already given us some very good impressions on one of the most anticipated sequels by the company’s JRPG lovers. Subsequently, with a more than verbose and extensive review, which had confirmed those impressions, both in terms of strengths and weaknesses, and that had made us decree how NEO was actually the “perfect” sequel. The game was released this summer, last July 27, on PS4 and Nintendo Switch, but Square Enix had already announced the arrival of a port also on PC, but not specifying the release date.
And you know, Square Enix is Square Enix all the way, so why not announce it directly one week after its launch? In the past few hours, the company has indeed confirmed that NEO: The World Ends With You arriverà su PC, via Epic Games Store (no Steam for now, then) next September 28th at a price of $ 59.99 (which will magically become € 59.99). We will therefore resume the lives of Rindo and Fret, two normal teenagers who, on a day like any other, find themselves entangled in something bigger than themselves. The new Game of Demons has actually begun, and the two will have to team up with other weird individuals (some already known to those who played the first chapter, others exquisitely unpublished) to try to survive from week to week and oust the fearsome Game Master.
