NACON and KT Racing have announced the arrival of a free update per WRC 10, the official video game of the FIA World Rally Championship. The update is already available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S e Steam PC and bring new ones contents it’s a new game mode.
The free update on WRC 10
The free update adds the highly anticipated Renties Ypres Rally Belgium, won this year by the local driver Thierry neuville. Added to the calendar in early 2021, players will have the opportunity to experience these new paved country roads.
Narrow and winding, they are flanked by ditches e pali and dotted with numerous intersections. The sides of the road lead often dust e mud on the asphalt making it slippery, with the riders who do not hesitate to cut corners. In WRC 10, the Ypres rally consists of 7 stages plus a shakedown.
Also available three new historical events, with famous duo of drivers and co-drivers in their original cars: the 1980 Portugal Rally with Walter Röhrl e Christian Geistdörfer in their Fiat 131 Abarth, the 1981 Rally of Finland with Ari Vatanen e David Richards in their Ford Escort MkII 1800 and finally the 2017 Rally of Portugal with Sebastien Ogier e Julien Ingrassia in their Ford Fiesta WRC.
Moreover 6 historical rallies are already present in the base game, including Acropolis, San Remo, Germany and Argentina. All of this adds to the already rich content available since the launch of WRC 10: more than 20 mythical cars, legendary drivers such as Carlos Sainz, Sébastien Loeb, Colin McRae and Tommi Mäkinen.
Finally comes the Co-driver mode, which has been improved with the arrival of a complete lexicon which makes the experience more accessible to players and promotes even greater immersion. Using a system QTE, the co-driver participates fully in the victory by correctly announcing the indications but also staying in the rhythm.
