New Stray gameplay available

Lately Stray, the new exclusive PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC, was shown in a new gameplay trailer during the Annapurna Interactive Showcase. Below we present the trailer and further details.

Stray’s new gameplay

The last time we saw Stray it was with a cinematic trailer that Sony shared in 2020 and highlighted thefuturistic neon setting of the game, along with the lovely feline protagonist. At the time, we weren’t able to see the game in action, a fact that Annapurna Interactive has recently remedied.

The publisher shared a interesting gameplay of the title during its recent showcase and said it will release Stray early 2022.

In the opening moments of Stray, our feline protagonist finds himself injured e separate from his family. The gameplay is all about using his physical abilities of cat to explore the environment e solve puzzles. Halfway through the adventure, you will meet a drone named B-12.

This will allow players to converse with other robotic inhabitants of the city and of interact with some objects present in the surrounding environment. The cat’s personality is also characterized by a playful side which will allow players to do many things like scratch furniture, interact with vending machines and rub against the legs of the robots they meet.

When Stray releases next year, it will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC. Developer BlueTwelve Studio promised to show other parts of the game before then. For this we just have to wait and, in the meantime, consult the official website for more information.
