In moments of doubt, always focus on Pyoro: Partner Showcase confirmed as the only Nintendo Direct for the month of February 2024
There has been talk about it, there have been various previews, and now we know for sure how and when the next one will be held Nintendo Direct: as predicted, the presentation of February it will be, breaking a chain that has lasted for several years now, “just” one Partner Showcase. Naturally this opens the door to many speculative possibilities as to why, right now that the hybrid of wonders is on its way out, first-party productions are suspiciously absent. The tweet below, meanwhile, provides us with a welcome advance notice on the date, time and running time. Let’s therefore let the social media managers of the local branch of the Big N have their say, before continuing further.
A new one is coming #NintendoDirect: Partner Showcase! Watch it on YouTube from 3pm on 02/21 to discover around 25 minutes of gaming information for #NintendoSwitch third-party products arriving in the first half of 2024.

Nintendo Direct: February’s Partner Showcase arrives… tomorrow?!
Technically the post dates back to last night, therefore falling within the usual two days notice of each Nintendo Direct, but yes anyway: the Partner Showcase is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday 21 Februaryat 15:00. As for the duration, it will be about 25 minutes of material. Which, returning to speculate on what this entails, is excellent: usually the titles on which too much time is wasted are those of first parties, thus making that of a slew of ads an actually tangible possibility. It remains to be understood, at this point, the reason behind the absence of the Kyoto Colossus, but if we can allow ourselves a small guess it is more than plausible that the next star is, indeed, the successor to the Switch. As for Pyoro, his latest tweet alludes to the dolphins: a post with intriguing implications.
Sometimes Nintendo can be a Partner because they love dolphins🐬
