The Nissan Formula E Team is ready to get started an exciting new adventure in the FIA Formula E World Championship. This weekend, the Mexico City E-Prix will mark the restart of the Championship for the 2024 season. Nissan Formula E team: here are the pitfalls of the race in Mexico
The lower density of the air will have very peculiar consequences on the cars, with a 25% reduction in both drag and downforce compared to sea level. That makes this race one of the fastest in the series and, consequently, extremely demanding for men, machines and teams. The pilots, for their part, will have to deal with the rarefaction of oxygen and with less effective road holding, together with the intrinsic difficulties of technical section of the legendary Foro Sol Stadiumwhich leads to the very fast Peraltada curve.
