Who is the new Chief Innovation Officer of Nissan Italia, Luisa De Vita
The new CIO position was created as part of a process started by Nissan Italia to spread the themes and culture of innovation at every level of the organisation, stimulate an entrepreneurial approach open to the exchange of ideas, adopt new tools and new solutions capable of improve internal processes, create business opportunities and increase brand opinion.
The definition of this path is the result of extensive work that lasted approximately six months, which saw the involvement and participation of the entire Management Committee, middle management and a group of company employees selected on a voluntary basis.
The Innovation community is made up of 30 people and makes use of the strategic consultancy of the Sketchin company, which will complete coaching for the entire company in the coming months and will provide help in selecting the projects proposed by the team.
The areas of intervention on which Luisa De Vita will intervene
The group identified six areas of intervention:
- Review the “customer journey” and new trends
- Building a new ecosystem of mobility partnerships
- Redesign company areas dedicated to innovation
- Promote new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the academic world and universities
- Optimize Business Planning & Reporting activities.
