At his side Russell Crowe e Michael Shannon. Directing James Vanderbilt, former director of Truth – The Price of Truth (2015) and screenwriter of The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), Under Siege – White House Down (2013) and Scream (2022). Plot and cast | Nuremberg: a new historical drama for Russell Crowe, Rami Malek and Michael Shannon
The new historical film will take us to relive very tense moments that occurred in Germany during the Second World War. The official synopsis reads:
American psychiatrist Douglas Kelley is tasked with determining whether Nazi prisoners are fit to stand trial for their war crimes, and finds himself in a complex battle of wits with Hermann Göring, Hitler’s right-hand man.
As already announced, it will be James Vanderbilt to write and direct the film in which the three aforementioned actors will take part. Malek will play the American psychiatrist Douglas Kelley, while Shannon will play the role of Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson, chief prosecutor of the Nuremberg trials. Russell Crowe plays Hermann Göring, Hitler’s right-hand man.
Release date
To date we have no information regarding the release date of this new film, we only know that theProduction is expected to begin in February 2024.
