NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 “Expected” specifications
Thanks to fairly safe sources, we can say that the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 will use 128 SM of the 144 MS for a total of 16,384 CUDA cores. The GPU will be equipped with 96 MB of L2 cache and a total of 384 ROP which is just crazy, but considering that the RTX 4090 is a “scaled-down” design, it might have slightly fewer L2s and ROPs.
Clock speeds have not yet been confirmed, but considering a manufacturing process is used TSMC 4Nwe expect clock included between 2.0 and 3.0 GHz.
