Already announced during the very recent Nintendo Direct, Octopath Traveler II will arrive next year on consoles and PC and is almost complete
Of the announcement relating toOctopath Traveler II release we had already talked about it in our recap of the tasty Nintendo Direct a few days ago. It also appears that this new JRPG is almost complete therefore the arrival in the first months of 2023 seems even more probable. But let’s go ahead with some order.
Octopath Traveler II: the ball goes to Square Enix
After the joys of first chapter of the saga, of which we have already spoken here, this upcoming JRPG in two dimensions suitably “remixed” in HD sauce is finally about to return with a highly anticipated following from fans. Recently it was the same Square Enix, on an occasion of a chat with Famitsu, to declare that:
We are thrilled to finally announce to everyone that Octopath Traveler II development is 90% complete. We are currently at the last effort, so we ask you to wait a little longer. Keep an eye out for additional information that will be posted at a future date.
The title should therefore come out on February 24, 2023probably without delay as it is almost complete, come on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4 e PS5 and, on the occasion of Tokyo Game Show 2022it has already been possible to see about one twenty minutes of gameplay.
