The news of the series renewal came right on the same day as the season 3 finale. We can’t deny that a fourth part would have been inevitable, given the conclusion of the last episodes aired. Fans of the series would definitely have been disappointed if it had stopped. And, judging by how many shows were brutally cut short, some concern was warranted. Luckily it didn’t take them long to discover that they could sleep soundly, thanks to the renewal announcement.

We remind you that Only Murders in the Building is created and written by Steve Martin and John Hoffman. The two, together with Selena Gomez, Martin Short, Jamie Babbit, Dan Fogelman e Jess Rosenthal they are the executive producers. The series, much appreciated by the public and critics, stood out for its quality, so much so that it managed to obtain various awards and recognitions and was nominated for Emmy.
Plot and release date
Even if we can guess that the new episodes will continue the thread left pending by the previous episodes, for now we don’t have a precise plot, nor even a release date. We can hypothesize, however, given the regularity with which the previous seasons landed on the platform, that we could already see the episodes of season 4 in 2024.
