Ooni Pizza Ovensa pioneer in creating home pizza ovens, has announced the release of its latest oven: the Koda 2 Max.
It is a 24 inch gas oven (61 cm) which offers the possibility of cooking two pizzas simultaneously, even of different styles. The Koda 2 Max is designed for families, with the ability to cook two dishes side by side and a digital thermometer that connects to your smartphone to monitor cooking remotely.
The design of the Koda 2 Max aims to simplify the dining experience. Equipped with a removable glass protection to observe the flames and maintain the heat, a stainless steel shelf to handle pizzas with agility and one 20mm refractory stone, the thickest in Ooni history. Features that promise to maintain the high temperature for prolonged periods, optimizing cooking times.

For the new oven Ooni introduces the technology G2 Gaswhich ensures a homogeneous heat distribution for perfect cooking in a single step. I two independent gas burners they allow you to prepare two dishes at the same time at different temperatures, ideal for various styles of pizza or for combining, for example, a Neapolitan pizza and a focaccia, or for searing salmon and cooking meat at the same time.
With the new feature Ooni Connect of the Ooni app, users can now monitor the oven temperature remotely, receive cooking notifications, product updates and useful tips in real time. Perfect for outdoor use, the Koda 2 Max heats up to 500°C in just 30 minutes.
The pre-order of the Ooni Pizza Ovens will start from May 30, 2024 on the official Ooni website, at the recommended retail price of €999,000.
