Sony has just confirmed what free games will be available to all subscribers Playstation plus of the month of December 2021. The wait this time was particularly long due to some misunderstandings, but we finally know for sure what Sony’s selection will be for the next December 7. Without further ado let’s take a look at what lies ahead.
PlayStation Plus: here are the games of December 2021
Godfall Challenger Edition (PS4/PS5)
Godfall is one of the PlayStation 5 launch titles and is set up as a looter-slasher in third person set in a fantasy universe based on knights, magic and fighting to the death. The version of the game that is about to land on the PlayStation Plus however is an abridged version of the game we met last year and which will only offer the contents endgame.
It will then be possible to play the three modes Bringer of Light, Dream Stones and Tower of Trials Ascended, alone or in cooperative mode for up to three players. In the Challenger Edition, therefore, neither the main story nor the contents of the Fire & Darkness expansion will be present.
Mortal Shell (PS4, retrocompatibile con PS5)
A second notable game in December’s PlayStation Plus selection is Mortal Shell, the adventure soulslike by Cold Simmetry. The game will put us in the shoes of a strange creature able to possess the corpses of others, and then command them like real mannequins. Particularly interesting is the possibility of hardening to completely block the shots of the opponents.
LEGO DC Super Villains (PS4 retrocompatibile con PS5)
LEGO DC Super-Villains is an action-adventure-themed Lego video game developed by Traveller’s Tales, which serves as a spin-off of the “Lego Batman” trilogy and fourth installment of the LEGO DC series. Unlike the LEGO Batman trilogy, this is the first Lego video game to focus entirely on the villains of the DC Universe, similar to the villain levels found in LEGO Batman – The Video Game.
