On the occasion of the Pokémon Presents event, the official debut of the ninth generation of Pokémon which will be available, for the first time, with the new ones Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. The two titles, announced during the event, will arrive in the course of 2022 and will be part of the regular series. On the occasion of the announcement, the first trailer also arrived. The new Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are officially announced with the ninth generation of Pokémon
The new generation of Pokémon will arrive at the end of 2022 with the two new chapters of the series. Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violetin fact, they will be available on Nintendo Switch by the end of the current year. The game will pick up some mechanics from the recent Pokemon Legends: Arceus that will be integrated into traditional regular series gameplay. The titles, therefore, could present substantial changes compared to their predecessors.
The adventure will take place in a new region and the game world will be “open world“. There will also be three new starters: Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly. For the time being, the information available on the new Game Freak titles is limited. More details on this will come over the next few weeks. Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, as mentioned, will be available by the end of the year.
