Polestar 4 is now officially available for purchase in Europe and Australia, marking the continuation of its global presence. Here’s everything you need to know about the Swedish SUV coupe and the prezzo on the European market.

Polestar 4: Premium performance SUV coupé
Polestar 4 redefines the concept of aerodynamics of a coupé and the comfort of an SUV, creating a new category of SUV coupé. The design details, previously presented in the concept cars of Polestar, come to life in the form of the fastest Polestar production car ever made. In terms of size and prezzo, Polestar 4 it sits between Polestar 2 and Polestar 3.

Distinctive and innovative design
As for the design, Polestar 4 continues the tradition of key elements introduced in the Polestar Precept concept car. Characteristics such as the absence of a rear window, which provides an immersive experience for rear occupants, and the distinctive front headlights with Polestar’s exclusive light signature, complemented by the Polestar logo backlit with millimeter precision, give the car a unique presence on the road.
Aerodynamic efficiency is enhanced by details such as the low front end, retractable door handles, flush windows, rear aerodynamic fins and optimized airflow around the rear light bar.
Based on the premium Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) developed by Geely Holding, Polestar 4 it is a D-segment SUV coupé with an imposing body and a long wheelbase of 2,999 mm. The total length is 4,840 mm, the width is 2,139 mm and the height is 1,534 mm.
Inside, the generous proportions are especially evident in the rear seat, where passengers enjoy an intimate environment with power seats. Adjustable ambient lighting, inspired by the solar system, adds an extra dimension to the interior environment, allowing passengers to personalize their driving experience.
Polestar 4: performance and autonomy
Polestar 4 it is the fastest production car developed by the brand, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in around 3.8 seconds. The maximum power is 400 kW with permanent magnet synchronous motors. Polestar’s signature driving dynamics ensure precise steering and handling, offering an exciting and agile driving experience for all passengers.
Dual- and single-motor variants are available, with the single-motor offering rear-wheel drive. Despite the high power and performance, control and confidence are always priority to ensure a responsible and enjoyable EV driving experience every day. The dual-motor version features semi-active suspension for an additional level of adjustability between comfort and performance.
Both variants, with a 100 kWh battery, are equipped with a disconnection clutch that allows the front electric motor to be deactivated when not necessary, maximizing autonomy and efficiency. The data regarding consumption and autonomy are preliminary for now and the certified ones will be confirmed later.
Indicatively, the Long range Dual motor has an output of 400 kW, 686 Nm and a preliminary range target of up to 580 km WLTP while the Long range Single motor features a 200 kW and 343 Nm motor on the rear, with a target preliminary range of up to 610 km WLTP. A new driving optimization function allows the driver to choose between Range or Performance driving modes in the Long range Dual motor version.
Cutting-edge technology for a connected experience
From a technological point of view, Polestar continues to push towards a more connected and autonomous future. In the Polestar 4, the infotainment system based on Android Automotive OS and the Snapdragon Cockpit Platform features a 15.4-inch horizontally oriented screen. Thanks to Google integration, with Google Assistant, Google Maps and Google Play, Polestar offers a first-rate connected experience.
A Harman Kardon audio system is available as an option, with 12 speakers and a 1,400-watt hybrid one-channel amplifier. With the optional Nappa Pack, two additional headrest speakers are included for each front seat, bringing the total to 16. Wireless Apple CarPlay connectivity is included as standard.
Over-the-air (OTA) updates allow new features and improvements to be pushed remotely to all Polestar cars, eliminating the need to travel to a repair shop to get the latest software.

Equipment and customization packages
The vehicle’s standard specification is high, with additional packages tailored to add specific options that enhance the overall enjoyment. The Plus Pack includes comfort and technology upgrades, while the Pro Pack adds 21-inch wheels and subtle design details.
The Nappa upgrade can be requested in addition to the Plus Pack and includes Nappa leather upholstery guaranteed for animal welfare with ventilation and massage, additional speakers for the front seat headrests and rear comfort headrests.
The Pilot Pack includes enhanced Pilot Assist with lane change assist, initiated by the driver by touching the indicator lever in the desired direction. The Performance Pack increases the performance aspect and driving experience of the Long range Dual motor version, with 22-inch wheels, 4-piston Brembo brakes, Polestar Engineered chassis tuning and Swedish gold details for brakes, seat belts safety and valve caps.
Polestar 4, how much cost?
Ma how much cost Polestar 4? I prices indicative prices start from 66,900 euros for the Long range Single motor version and 73,900 euros for the Long range Dual motor version. To these are added, if necessary, the Pilot, Plus, Pro and Premium packages, the latter only for the dual motor version.
After starting production and completing first deliveries in China in late 2023, production in Europe and Australia will begin in mid-2024, and first deliveries are planned for next August.
Launch in other Asia-Pacific and Middle East markets is expected during the first half of 2024. Launch in North America and South Korea is expected in mid-2024. Pricing for all other markets to be confirmed at the start of sales.
