During the QuakeCon at Home was announced the remastered from Quake, in honor of the 25 years of the title. The enhanced version of the dark fantasy first person shooter is now available for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox Game Pass for consoles. Instead the versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S, which offer an incredible 4K nativo a 120 FPS, will soon be available as free updates.
Quake is back with a great remastered
Below we report the main features of the title, now available at price of 9.99 euros on all consoles.
- Play the original, updated and graphically improved Quake: Get ready to experience the title with support for resolution up to 4K and widescreen, improved models, dynamic and colorful lighting, depth of field and original soundtrack composed by Trent Reznor.
- Multiplayer mode, including cooperative and online and local cross-play: Fight in the dark fantasy core campaign and 4-player co-op expansions on split screen locally or online. Get ready for retro-style combat in games with 8 player (online) or 4 player (local split screen) support. The title also includes cross-play for all platforms and dedicated server support for online matchmaking and peer-to-peer for custom matches.
- Original and new expansions available: The original “Scourge of Armagon” and “Dissolution of Eternity” expansion packs are included in Quake. There are also two expansions developed by the award-winning MachineGames team “Dimension of the Past” and the new “Dimension of the Machine”.
