Facebook and EssilorLuxottica, the parent company of Ray-Ban, have been able to develop a smart technology that can be worn comfortably even all day long. I Ray-Ban Stories integrate a dual camera da 5 MP with photo and video functionality, which allows you to capture precious moments in real time from a unique perspective. You can easily record the world, taking photos and videos up to 30 seconds using the capture button or automatically with Facebook Assistant voice commands. In addition, a capture LED light illuminates to alert those around you that you are taking a photo or video.
With open-ear headphones and three built-in microphones, Ray-Ban Stories reproduce high quality sound and voice during phone calls and videos. Beamforming technology and a background noise reduction algorithm ensure a more effective calling experience than specialized earphones would offer.
In addition to offering an iconic design and innovative technological content, the Ray-Ban Stories will be launched together with a supplementary app, Facebook View (for iOS and Android), which will serve a import, edit and share in a simple way the contents acquired with smart glassess. It will then be possible to upload the contents to all the social apps installed on the smartphone: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat and more.

The Ray-Ban Stories will be on sale at Ray-Ban stores and on the ray-ban.com website starting from 9 September in USA, UK, Italy, Australia, Ireland and Canada. From September 13 will also be available at some Luxottica stores including Salmoiraghi & Viganò and to follow at selected wholesale outlets.
