Before starting to list the position of all the blue medallions of Resident Evil 4 Remake we want to give you a advise which will greatly simplify your search. Often when players spot one of these amulets they immediately start hunting for all the others, but usually it’s best to wait a bit. The first medallion is really easy to find, as it hangs on the outside corner of the house where you find the typewriter.

In the middle of this area you will find a small stable with two different entrances. The second medallion will be hidden behind one of the many beams inside the structure.

This medallion hangs in the window of the large barn where you will find the mechanism wheel. You can easily destroy it both from outside and inside the structure.

This medallion is certainly the best hidden in the whole farm. In fact, to find it you will have to enter the small tool shed located in the east part of the farm and look up. Depending on your angle, the medallion could be covered by one of the beams holding up the roof.

The last medallion hangs under one of the scaffolding connected to the mill. To destroy it easily, we advise you to go up to the second floor of the barn and shoot it from there.

Now let’s move on to second group of blue medallions that you will find during your game. Unlike the other guide amulets, these have the particularity of being hidden in two separate areas. Thankfully though most of them are in the fish farm area and only one is hidden in the mine. Below you will find the location of all the blue medallions of these two areas:

Let’s start with the mine medallion, since it’s the only one in this location. To find it, simply position yourself in the center of the arena, aim slightly to the left of the wooden gate that leads north and finally aim upwards. The medallion will hang from a series of wooden scaffolding that is very easy to spot.

Now it’s time to move to the fish farming area. The first medallion will be very easy to destroy, since to find it you just need to reach the boat and aim under the left side of the dock behind you.

This medallion is also really easy to find, as you will notice it immediately as you enter the shed full of boxes in the area full of enemies.

The last two medallions may be a little more difficult to find, as they are in the area where there is also a large group of enemies. This one in particular is thankfully quite obvious, as you’ll find him hanging from one of the docks on the north side of the area. To notice it easily, simply explore by moving in the water.

The last medallion is still in the same area as the previous one, but this time it will be hidden in the middle of the beams in the southern part of the area. The best way to find him is to go through the water again and stand next to the raised scaffolding on which a barrel is placed.

The first medallion is located in a niche above a small stone arch near the first parasitic enemy you will encounter once you enter the area.

To find the second medallion you will have to stop just before passing under the first arch and look in the direction of the castle windows. The medallion will be visible in the distance in the upper left corner.

The third medallion is quite easy to find, as it hangs next to the treasure chest that is in the northwest corner of the area.

This medallion hangs outside one of the windows of the stone gazebo located in the southern part of the castle. You can see it easily by walking near the edge of the walls.

This medallion is also quite easy to find, as it is inside the tower where the cannon was hidden. To find it, just reach the point where you shot the weight to raise the cannon and look around.

The last medallion hangs on a tree outside the castle located in the southwest part of the area. To find it easily, we recommend looking for it in the area at the base of the steps that precede the cutscene of the catapult destroying a structure.

Great Hall – Resident Evil 4 Remake: The location of all blue medallions

The Big room it’s a very large area indeed, but fortunately it is also very quiet. With so few enemies around you will have time to calmly search all six medallions which luckily in this case they will also be quite visible. As soon as you reach the main corridor of the great room, just turn towards the niche with a bedside table on the right. The first medallion will hang on the small bow above the cabinet.

The second medallion is hidden near the chimera statue, behind a marble column near the east wall.

The third medallion hangs from the large chandelier that hangs over the corridor. With all those lights it might be hard to notice, but looking for it from the second floor right balcony shouldn’t have too much trouble.

To find the last three medallions you will have to move to the rooms adjacent to the great hall. The fourth is hidden in the tunnel, which is the area where you’ll be attacked by a large group of enemies just before you get your hands on one of the chimera’s heads. Once all the creatures are out of the way, just approach one of the small columns in the south corner of the room to find the medallion.

The fifth medallion is hidden in the dining room, behind a curtain that covers the window on the northeast side of the room.

Finally the sixth medallion is hidden behind a curtain upstairs in the armory. The tent is on the south side of the room, just above the door with the two centaurs on either side.

Finally, let’s move on to the cliff, the last area of ​​the game where you can find blue medallions. We strongly advise you to destroy these amulets as soon as possiblesince if you go too far you may get stuck with no way back. Here you will find the location of the blue medallions hidden in the cliff for the last time:

At the beginning of the area you will find a small stone structure with a yellow staircase leading down. The first amulet is hidden behind the right side of the collapsed archway behind the ladder. To see it you will have to position yourself as far to the left as possible and look for the right angle.

Going down the ladder you saw earlier, you will easily find the second medallion at the entrance to the underground passage.

The third medallion is probably one of the hardest to find. This amulet is hidden in the middle of the rocks off the map and to see it you will have to find the exact angle. To find it easily, we advise you to go to the underground part and aim north in the space between two columns where you can see the sea.

The fourth medallion hangs from an iron scaffolding that takes you to the opposite side of the ruins.

Finally, the last medallion hangs atop the bell tower that soars in the distance to the northeast. To destroy it we recommend using a sniper rifle with an optical sight.
