RIO YACHTS, on the occasion of its 60th anniversary, presents the new RIO DAYTONA 46. The new model will be exhibited, as a world preview, in a few days at Genoa Boat Show. The trade fair event is scheduled between 16 and 21 September. DAYTONA 46 is the newcomer of the DAYTONA range which has already enjoyed enormous success in recent months.
The new debuts RIO DAYTONA 46
The DAYTONA range was born only in September 2020 with the presentation of DAYTONA 34, a very successful model. In a few months from the presentation at the Genoa Boat Show, the entire production of the season was sold. To respond to market demands, which focuses on practical and sporty open boats, useful for short cruises, was born RIO DAYTONA 46. The project was created by one of the most talented Italian designers, Marino Alfani. The designer took care of the concept, bodywork and interiors as well as the engineering in collaboration with the yard’s technical office.
The main features
RIO DAYTONA 46 is a boat of 15 metersi which offers brilliant and fun performance. The maximum speed is 40 knots. The model can be equipped both with n. 3 outboard motors that with n. 2 inboard Diesel. The large cockpit includes a generous aft sundeck. Note that the cockpit table is retractable and can accommodate up to 6 diners. The boat has a comfortable passage in the bow to reach the opposing double sofa. Inside there is a bright and well-kept open space.
