Extreme performance for an immersive gaming experience
Equipped with the latest V-NAND Samsung, and a new proprietary controller, the series 990 PRO, offers the most high speed currently available using the interface PCIe 4.0.
The SSD offers sequential read and write speeds of up to 7,450 megabytes per second (MB/s) e 6.900 MB/srespectively, while random read and write speeds reach 1.400K e 1.550K IOPS, respectively. With an improvement up to 55% of random performance compared to the previous one 980 PROthe new 990 PRO model is particularly suitable for the most demanding games and for creative and productivity activities.
The SSD NVMe High performance is also critical to take full advantage of the latest console and gaming technologies. Thanks to NVMe technology, the 990 PRO delivers faster load times on PC and console for a more immersive gaming experience.
