Samsung is preparing to launch the next generation of foldable smartphones and online comes the design from Galaxy Z Fold 4, thanks to the renderings made by Onleaks. These images show a possible design based on information leaked online. But we will probably have to wait for the official announcement August or September.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, the design with renderings unveiled online
The images published on Smartprix (where you can also find the 360 ° images) show a device that recalls many details already seen last year. So no revolution but an evolution di one of the most popular folding smartphones ever.
The display that also acts as a cover should have a diagonal from 6.2 in and a selfie camera visible in the cut-out. Opening the smartphone instead we should find a panel 7.6 inch OLED which should live up to what we find on the Galaxy S22 Ultra: one of the best (if not the best) on the market. Furthermore, we should find a camera under the screen, improved compared to what we have seen in the past.
Behind we find three sensors for the camera and a flash. From the images they look similar to what was seen on the S22 Ultra, but at the moment there is no confirmation as to which sensors they could be.
According to the renders, it should measure 155 x 130 x 7.1 millimeters how open. This means a few millimeters less in height but with a slightly greater width (we are talking about a couple of millimeters). It should also increase the thickness: it is currently at 6.4 millimeters.
The look remains recognizable: Samsung it does not want to change what is successful. But it remains to be seen whether it will be able to convince other users to use this form factor. We will keep you updated for more details.
