Samsung started in these hours the December 2022 security patch release for his smartphones and tablets from the Galaxy range. The first smartphones to receive the update are the former top of the range S20 but a real wave of updates is expected over the next few weeks also due to the many new features included in the changelog. Samsung starts releasing December 2022 security patches
The new patches include, according to what emerged in these, several fixes for various software vulnerabilities. In particular, the presence of five vulnerabilities rated critical and 63 rated high priority. Therefore, these are updates to be installed as soon as possible.
There are also 12 vulnerabilities defined as “moderate”. Most of the vulnerabilities that have emerged concern smartphones and tablets with an operating system Android 10, Android 11 e Android 12 but some are also present on devices with Android 13.
For Galaxy device users, therefore, the month of December will be really important. This new round of updates, in fact, will bring a significant increase in the security of the software sector of your devices.
