Apparently we will have to wait even before getting our hands on the new chapter of Shovel Knight, a popular action adventure with 8-bit graphics. The development team, Yacht Club Games, has announced that Shovel Knight Dig Sara postponed per year 2022. In conjunction with the announcement of the postponement it was also presented Scrap Knight, new character member of the group of Hexcavators. Read on for more details.

In a year full of postponements, also Shovel Knight Dig has been added to the list. The title, developed by Yacht Club Games in collaboration with Nitrome, it was scheduled for the end of 2019. Since then it has been postponed twice, first for 2021 and now for the year following. In the details that emerged, Shovel Knight Dig was postponed to 2022 not because of problems insurmountable in development, but because the team had to take some more weather than initially planned.
