Nine-time Grammy nominated artist SIA and FINAL FANTASY XIV collaborate in a reinterpretation of the timeless ballad of the 1950s.
SIA sings Fly me to the Moon and pays homage to Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker
The incredible voice of IS – aka Sia Kate Isobelle Furler – recently reinterpreted Fly me to the Moon, an iconic piece from the 1950s taken up by many artists, of which perhaps the most famous version is that of Frank Sinatra from 1964. The official video of the engraving celebrates FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker, which will come out on December 7. In short, Square Enix’s intentions are clear: the new title will take players to the moon.
The music video pays homage to the growth of the game over the past eight years, as well as marking a new beginning for the hit MMORPG, which has now reached more than 25 million players around the world, bringing the story of the famous video game to life, from A Realm Reborn to Endwalker. From today, fans will be able to find the new song in collaboration on digital music services, included Spotify, iTunes, Amazon Music and others.
