With the introduction of the functionality Fears and Desires, The Sims 4 has become a real incest festival. In fact, the new update reveals the most hidden fears and the most ardent wishes of our Sims. These also include the desire for incestuous romantic relationships with members of one’s family.
In reality, fortunately, everything seems to be the child (word chosen not by chance) of a bug in the patch. This leads to Sims feeling overly loving feelings and cravings for their family members.
Another bug in the update is creating another inconvenience: Sims tend to age and die faster! This could, psychologically, explain their desire to mate with any Sim within their reach. After all, life is short, but in The Sims 4 it is more. Why be held back by moral issues?
As far as we know, the team of Maxis (developer of The Sims) is already working to try to solve the problem. In the meantime, numerous users are publishing screenshots of their Sims’ questionable fantasies online.
For the moment, the only advice we feel we can give you is to keep everyone at a safe distance, to prevent incestuous love from leading to disastrous consequences for the whole family.
